Welcome to Conference Housing Services! We are excited to offer overnight housing accommodations for Camps/Conferences and New Student Orientation Family/Guests.

Conference Housing Request

We are proud of all Texas State has to offer any camp or conference group to provide short or long term housing accommodations. Complete the Conference Housing Request to request overnight housing accommodations for your camp or conference. If you have multiple sessions, you must complete a separate form for each.

New Student Orientation (Guest Housing)

Check back in April 2024 to begin making reservations! Please note: overnight housing accommodations are not included in the Family and Guest orientation fee, there is an additional fee per guest.
