Welcome to Conference Housing Services! We are excited to offer overnight housing accommodations for Camps/Conferences and New Student Orientation Family/Guests.

Conference Housing Request

We are proud of all Texas State has to offer any camp or conference group to provide short or long term housing accommodations between mid-May to July 31st. Complete the Conference Housing Request to request overnight housing accommodations for your camp or conference. If you have multiple sessions, you must complete a separate form for each.
